Kelly is the owner of Peace, Love & Wellness, a wellness boutique in Pennsylvania that she has operated for the past nine years. Through her in-person and online programs, she offers a compassionate, accessible approach to fitness and wellness that meets people exactly where they are. Her work is rooted in the belief that true strength and balance come from reconnecting with the body through intentional movement, breath, and consistency.
